You must be over 18 years of age to purchase any goods or services. 

Delivery of Goods
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. Support Crew is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. If you have experienced this unfortunate occurrence, once you have contacted the company responsible for the delivery of goods and if your issue has not been resolved, please contact us. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.supportcrew.com.au. Please refer to our returns information for further details.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

Click and collect
If you choose Click and collect, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know when your order will be ready to collect from our office at Wellington Point, QLD.

 

Shipping

As previously mentioned we use Australia Post or third party couriers to ship our products as safely and quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are set by these vendors. Our customers will receive a tracking number with their order confirmation to maintain up to date information on the progress of their delivery.


Product damage during transportation
Our customers understand that while we take great care in our packaging and use reputable transport vendors, we are unable to provide insurance or refund options for damage in transit. Only in circumstances of defective or faulty products through production is Support Crew able to accept refund claims. Support Crew reserves the right to provide repairs, replacement or a store credit in place of defective products, prior to refund. Please refer to our returns information for further details.

Out of stock items
Temporarily items may be out of stock. Any products that are marked as ‘sold out’ are still available for purchase. Simply contact us and items that are not currently in stock will be ordered with our suppliers immediately to reduce wait time.
Although we endeavour to have your product delivered in the shortest possible timeframes, we can not be held responsible for delays in your product shipment as you may be subject to third party circumstances out of our control including but not limited to extreme weather events and holiday periods within our suppliers’ region.
Where delivery is predicted to extend beyond the predicted delivery time, Support Crew will contact you directly to notify you of such occurrences.
