COVID-19 has changed the way we go about our daily lives and how we run our business. 

You can be confident our gear is clean

We have always had the highest of standards when it comes to cleaning our hire equipment. All items returned are cleaned, sanitised and we utilise the high UV we enjoy in QLD to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. We now also steam clean (suitable fabrics) as an added layer of sanitisation so you can be confident that the items you hire are squeaky clean and free from nasty smells or germs.

If items within our hire range are unable to be cleaned or sanitised to our satisfaction they have been removed from hire.

We do not hire water bladders or cutlery. And liners must be used when hiring our quilts.

You can be confident when you visit our Headquarters

When collecting or returning hire equipment to Support Crew HQ, we ask that you abide by the Queensland Government's current COVID-19 guidelines. Please check the guidelines here Latest QLD Government COVID-19 Health Alerts 

This now includes using the Check In App to register your visit. It may also mean wearing a mask, if mandatory, or at your personal discretion.

Hand sanitiser is also available for customer use.

Online or credit card payments are preferred.
